Shipping Process
Due to the size and weight of your FIFR Sauna, our shipping partners will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
All orders are processed within 5 business days and shipped via our trusted shipping partners, which may vary by location.
Delivery times vary based on location, but estimated timeframes will be provided upon order confirmation.
Delivery Details
Saunas are delivered curb side. You will require additional assistance to move it to your desired location. For your safety, we recommend a minimum of two people are used to lift and relocate the boxes.
Customers must be available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time. If a redelivery is needed, additional fees will apply.
Please inspect your sauna upon delivery and report any damage immediately.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs Australia Wide are included in price however in the event of delivery to remote or difficult-to-access areas, additional fees may apply.
