FIFR Sauna Returns & Refund Policy 

At FIFR Sauna, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our Replacement and Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Replacements
Saunas are only eligible for replacement if they arrive damaged or defective. To request a replacement, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your sauna and provide proof of damage (e.g., photos or videos).
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. If your sauna is damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement but not a refund.
Exclusions
Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or unauthorised modifications is not covered under our replacement policy.
